It's Everyday Bro[edit]

Since the Team 10's latest song It's Everyday Bro features the line "England is my city," and this is starting to be known for being England the city, maybe add a section on that?

City of England redirects here. Obviously, it should indicate the existence of cities of England. Please add the hatnote

This will handle the definition of a "city of England" (city status) and cities of England (the list)
