Is there anything specific keeping ArbCom from acting on this case? There's a request for temporary injunction which has yet to be considered at all, from what I can tell. I did introduce a mountain of evidence, but it's fairly comprehensive and Chuck has responded to fairly little of it, so I don't really see the point in staying in the evidence-gathering phase indefinitely. And while Chuck's behavior has improved markedly since the case was accepted, he's still violated the 3RR, and now seems to be headed for another epic battle with a new user, Libertas. Ban timer reset[edit]

Due to this edit which Chuck F made on March 18 (removing the same old paragraphs from Ron Paul), I have reset his ban timer and reblocked him for two months. He is now banned until May 18, 2005. Rhobite 17:20, Mar 18, 2005 (UTC)
